2-Liter / Soda Bottle Cap to 1/4" Drip Irrigation Adapter

This cap is engineered to enable you to fill a 2-liter bottle with water, and then attach a hose that will gradually drip the water into a plant container over an extended period. IMPORTANT: Cut out a small washer from craft foam to help seal the bottle to this cap. Alternatively, you could use a thin rope of modeling clay or polymer clay to seal things up. You cannot utilize a typical drip irrigation nozzle with this as it does not have enough pressure to overcome the nozzle's diaphragm. Either modify a drip nozzle, or drill small holes in the 1/4" drip tubing. I designed this to gradually water tomato plants that are inside of a grow chamber at a slow rate to prevent spillage.
