Perfect for Father's Day if you happened to forget - don't worry, we won't mention it! If your dad uses this tool to give you a hard time on the golf course, I'm truly sorry. I prefer having parallel lines on a golf ball because they're incredibly useful for lining up putts and drives. You can also diagnose how well you struck a putt by watching the lines as the ball rolls. To make it easier, I created this simple tool to add lines with a sharpie. Feel free to pick whichever style suits your sharpie best. I've included a link below where you can create this tool using Tinkercad - it's a fantastic platform! I printed it at low quality and was thrilled with the results. If you're new to TinkerCAD, don't worry; I've created some tutorials for my students that you can check out. You can find them on YouTube @HLModTech or use this link: bit.ly/modtechYT. If you enjoy what you see, please subscribe! This tool was made using Tinkercad. Feel free to edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0BPuz6prDV0. Here's the link to the version designed for a standard-sized sharpie: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jW7kbEzMNUb-normal-sharpie-2-line-golf-ball-marker/edit. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: MakerBot * Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: Low Notes: This print turned out great, taking about 15 minutes to complete on a Rep2. The tabs work as rafts and make it easy to hold the ball in place.
