Description There are 96 parts in this model. I spent three months designing it and printing two sets of parts. I work at the Chinese Science and Technology Museum, where my goal is to make 3D printing more accessible to children. I want kids to understand how to design and print things like I do. I put the model on display in our museum and everyone loves it. Now, I've placed it here for you to enjoy. I'm a big fan of Iron Man movies and wanted to pay tribute to the creators of the Iron Man story. The model has 96 individual parts that were printed using seven different groups. I used PLA because we're not allowed to use ABS at the museum due to the acetone requirement. When assembling the parts proved difficult, I used hot water to help solve the problem.
