2 Grooves Chamfer Using Cutter Blade
thingiverse
This tool uses around 6 grams of ABS with brim, 0.2 mm layer, 0.4 mm nozzle and 20% cubic infill. Very cheap compared to buying tools or specialized blades. There are 2 grooves: 90° and 120°. I read from somewhere that 60 degree is the minimum recommended wall angle against the print bed to not warp the print. The blade thickness is <0.5 mm with 20° cutting angle. Do not forget to scrape the surface and adjust horizontal expansion to get your desired result. More variations and iterations to come.
