Here is the replacement for Saab p/n 4422184, which serves as a compact storage shelf for 1999-2002/3 9-3 models. This fits snugly near the base of the center console, directly behind the transmission shift handle. It also happens to fit my own 2003 convertible perfectly. This convenient shelf has enough space to hold a 2" oil pressure gauge and accommodate wiring that needs to pass through. Additionally, it comes with a small storage compartment ideal for storing USB sticks or even a pack of gum.
