This is a 2-gang wallplate with a decora opening in the first gang and a switch opening in the second gang. Designed to match Lutron Claro covers from a distance (same corner radii, but the screws aren't hidden). The Decora opening fits a Lutron Caseta dimmer perfectly with no gaps all around (see pictures)
