2" frame for Runcam Split Mini
thingiverse
Many have requested my .stls and I'm happy to oblige! This frame accommodates 20mm stacks using 11xx motors and features a battery strap that's less than 16mm wide, designed around batteries that are approximately 29mm wide. The Split Mini camera is mounted off the top of the stack, covering the split mini circuit boards. You can secure the camera holder to the top of the stack with M2X4 screws or M2x10 screws if you're using a VTX03 and want to utilize the stack topper I've created for it! The bottom screws that thread into the stack are M2x12. My electronics stack is an Eachine Minicube stack with a lemonRX sandwiched in the middle, although any 20x20 stack should work just fine! Please note that you cannot use Runcam's SD card securing mechanism with this design at present. I've mentioned it's a work in progress before, and that still stands today. I've made an edit to add a version of the vtx03 mount featuring sunken screw heads, as well as an improved camera mount that pulls the camera forward by a few mm to clear the props and enable greater tilt. This new version includes built-in 3mm spacers to eliminate four of the 3mm tall brass standoffs that come with the split, allowing you to run a longer screw straight through from the top of the vtx mount to the middle brass standoff in the split mini.
