2-Color (Dual Extrusion) Kobayashi Fidget Cube
thingiverse
This is a 2-color version of the Kobayashi Fidget Cube designed for printing with a dual extrusion setup, laid out flat to make it printable. The two components - the cubes themselves and the hinges that connect them - have been split into separate models. Combine them in your slicer, assign each model to a specific extruder, and watch the magic happen! It should be obvious, but I'll say it anyway: you cannot print these parts separately and then assemble the fidget cube - the cubes and hinges must be combined and printed at the same time. Print Settings Printer Original Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts No Supports No Notes I'm still awaiting the multi-material upgrade for my printer so I've not yet been able to print this split model. Pictures will be posted when available. UPDATE 02/2017: I'm still awaiting the multi-material upgrade, but user asr93 has already printed this model and allowed me to use his photo in this listing - thanks! I have successfully printed the original (single extrusion, flat) fidget cube on my Taz with no supports.
