2 Color Canada Shutter Shades
thingiverse
I design and make my own 2 Color Shutter shades on my Prusa MK3. They feature White with transparent Red PLA material, M2 x 8mm machine screws to attach the arms, and Glue the clip/hinge pieces in the side (note left & right clips are different slightly). When gluing clips, I make sure they are straight and not angled (see the photo with the ruler I use to ensure they stay 90 degrees from the main frames). Printing settings include 0.2mm layer height, 2 perimeters, and 15% infill. You can also heat the arms to form them easily if you want. To switch colors at the correct layer, I used the Prusa online tool. Alternatively, you can do this in the Prusa Slicer if you have a Prusa printer.
