2 channel 50W amp wall mount
thingiverse
I recently purchased a 50W, two-channel Bluetooth amplifier on eBay. The amp arrived with a case that effectively safeguards the board but lacks additional features. I designed a bracket to allow mounting the amp on a wall while still utilizing its protective case. This bracket mounts to the wall using standard drywall screws and, if done correctly, they will sit flush, allowing the case to slide into place easily. Please note that you'll need to remove two of the back screws from the case for it to fit properly in the bracket. When printing the bracket, ensure excellent bed adhesion since it's a tall, narrow print that may detach. Adding a raft will certainly help prevent any issues with detachment. I currently have the amp installed indoors and it powers a pair of speakers situated on my back patio. The amplifier board functions perfectly and supplies ample power to the speakers I'm using. Running the volume at approximately 50% is more than sufficient for hearing it throughout the entire backyard. I selected an 8 amp supply for extra safety, but as long as you don't play it at maximum volume, a 5-6 amp supply should suffice.
