2 Ch Relay board mountable snap case
thingiverse
I created a housing for common 2 channel relay boards that perfectly fit my needs. The design is based on the Sainsmart and Sunfounder boards, which are widely used but often lack suitable enclosures. My version mounts securely with 4x M3 screws, two of which require smaller heads due to the PCB's connector spacing. A simple snap-on top completes the enclosure. It's essential to note that the type of board I'm using can vary in dimensions and hole positions because it's generally inexpensive. This means you should carefully inspect your specific board before printing. I want to thank Richard Hornung for sharing his relay board model on GrabCAD, which inspired my design: https://grabcad.com/library/sainsmart-2-channel-relay-module-1 Print Settings: Printer: Original Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm layer Infill: 10 % Notes: Print time: Bottom - 1h 30m Top - 35m
