This C Clamp comprises 4 movable parts for versatile use; it opens to 2" width. To print accurately, use high-resolution printers capable of removing support materials easily. The smallest thread clearance is about 0.006". For larger clearances, scale up the design during printing. I successfully printed a few on an Objet polyjet-style printer, finding it challenging to remove support material but achievable with repeated torque application in both directions.
