This is a a peice of terrain for the table top battle game Gaslands.  The model for the Wooden Water Tower comes in three parts Base, Tank and Lid.  And the water tank portion comes with or without a billboard option.  Most rural areas had one of these water towers, especially near rail stations.  Scaled perfectly for Gaslands it provides some nice terrain options.  Gaslands is roughly "20mm" scale, so if you wanted to scale the model files for another game use that as a starting point. To create the billboard, it's as simple as printing an image in the right size and using some white "pva" glue to attach it.   The billboard image is 24mm x 45mm approx. I've included a printable template to make cutting the image easier.
