Grow fresh sprouts at home with ease using this versatile sprouting jar, adaptable to classic jam jars! Upcycle, Print, Sprout - Simple and Fun. Sprouted seeds offer genuine nutritional benefits, boasting elevated levels of vitamins and minerals. Enjoy their delightful crunch in salads, raw vegetables, fish dishes, or as a snack. To begin, place one tablespoon of seeds into your chosen jar (Mason jars or Bonne Maman work well). Fill the jar with water, secure it with the Sproot module, and let the seeds soak overnight. The next morning, carefully empty the water from the jar over your sink. Position your sprouter to drain excess moisture from the seeds. Twice daily - morning and evening - rinse your seeds with fresh, cold water. To do this, fill the jar under the tap, gently stir to untangle the seeds, then discard the water into the sink. After each rinse, rest your sprouter upside down to allow excess water to drain. Repeat steps 4 and 5 according to the specific germination time indicated on the seed packets.
