To safely secure two wires from a socket to the wall before plastering, you'll want to take into account that most wall sockets are connected to a ring circuit and will require some type of fastening to the wall. It's essential to note that these clips have very tight tolerances, so any burrs or stringing will need to be carefully filed smooth in order for the wire to fit comfortably inside. Additionally, you'll need a suitable nail to fit into the hole. I've included a drilling guide specifically designed for a 4mm masonry drill to prevent it from damaging the wires during the process.
