You can use this Device to turn existing 3.5-inch Hard Drive Bays in your Computer into slots that are usable for installing 2.5-inch Hard Disk Drives or Solid State Drives. The picture above shows the device installed, with a Kingston bracket mounted on top holding a Kingston HyperX SSD (Solid State Drive) inside, and at the bottom of the computer bay, there is another Kingston bracket holding a 3.5-inch HDD (Hard Disk Drive).
