2.5" Universal Shop Vac Nozzles

These are my brand new complete shop vac nozzles crafted specifically for use with a 2.5-inch hose. I've successfully printed the smaller of the two designs, which showcases exceptional precision and durability. This intricate part necessitates an expansive build volume of 8 inches by 8 inches by 7 inches to print flawlessly. Print Settings Printer: I opted for the Monoprice Maker Select Plus, a high-performance printer renowned for its accuracy. Rafts: To enhance printing speed, I decided against using rafts on this project. Supports: The part's geometry didn't necessitate any supports during the printing process. Resolution: A meticulous resolution of 0.2 millimeters ensured that the nozzle would retain a precise and clean finish. Infill: With an infill density of 100 percent, I prioritized strength over print speed, resulting in a remarkably robust part. Notes: Based on preliminary testing, the larger nozzle might benefit from strategic placement of supports to achieve optimal results. Walls of both nozzles stand at approximately 2 millimeters in thickness. To ensure superior printing quality, I recommend using a 0.4-millimeter or 0.5-millimeter extruder nozzle for these custom shop vac attachments.
