This is an avionics sled designed specifically for PML 2.5" coupler tubing used in high power rockets. It has been engineered to fit neatly inside a 160mm length of coupler tube, which is slightly longer than the standard length coupler. Design specifications: Rails: Four millimeter threaded bars (42mm center to center spacing) provide a sturdy foundation. Battery: A Turnigy nano-tech 2s 460mah LI-PO battery powers the avionics sled. Switch: A Schurter Voltage Switch SWA regulates power flow. Electronics: The Eggtimer Quantum and Perfectflite Strato logger CF are integrated into this design; additional units can be added upon request. Note: This avionics sled has been thoroughly tested through successful flight, and actual photos will be uploaded shortly. Update: Minor adjustments have been made to clearances for easier build preparation. A revised version of the avionics sled is available, accommodating a Perfectflite Strato Logger CF.
