This remix is a redo of the original file:\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:858533\r\n\r\nThe original file had a wrong scale, but it was built using a rescaled modification as its base:\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1607776\r\n\r\nEven with this "properly scaled" model, there's still an issue - the 5.25-inch bays are actually 5.75 inches wide, making them 146.05mm wide instead of the planned 147mm. This discrepancy can sometimes be forced into place, but it causes the whole tray to bend and requires a lot of force for proper insertion.\r\n\r\nSo I scaled the model down further to 145.7mm, leaving some room for over-extrusion while still fitting snugly into the 146.05mm bay without any need for filing or post-processing. Since my remake is slightly under-dimensioned, it may require screws to keep it in place due to limited friction.\r\n\r\nI also trimmed the top of the model to minimize plastic usage, but the base design remains efficient and well-made (smooth curves ensure good first-layer adhesion and fast printing).
