2.5" External Hard Drive Case
thingiverse
I salvaged an old laptop hard drive with the intention of repurposing it as an external storage device. After successfully connecting it to my PC using a SATA-to-USB-3.0 adapter, I set out to create a custom case that would give it a sleeker appearance. To get started, you'll need the following materials: * A 2.5-inch hard drive * A SATA-to-USB adapter (I specifically designed the case to fit the Lumsing adapter) * Six countersunk M3x16 screws * Six M3 square nuts
