This is a strap tensioner. I've used it to tighten straps that keep my monitor speakers on the inclined shelf. Made for 2.5cm width straps . Parts are connected with M6 bolts. When bolted, strap gets into form of a sine shape instead of straight, and that's increases tension.. I've used PETG plastic with 25 % fill and was quite happy with the result. Holes for bolt heads may require supports, in that case use support z distance might be useful to make sure that you will be able to get supports from the hole.
