I designed and built a compact, high-resolution time display using a combination of advanced electronics and clever engineering. The centerpiece is a sleek 2.4-inch TFT clock with a vibrant 240 x 320 pixel display, powered by a reliable 3.7-volt lithium battery. To bring this project to life, I required the following key components: one high-quality 2.4-inch ILI9341 display, one Arduino Pro Mini microcontroller board, and a dedicated 3.7-volt lithium battery charge board. I also needed a single 3.7-volt 1000 milliampere lithium battery to provide power when charging is not in progress. Additionally, the project called for a DS3231 real-time clock module to ensure accurate timekeeping, a main switch for easy on/off control, and three push switches to facilitate user interaction. Rounding out the list are four essential 4.7K resistors, which play a crucial role in maintaining optimal circuit performance.
