Overview I crafted this to fit snugly inside a 2.25" vacuum hose adapter, but I'm aware that many adapters have slightly different diameters. Mounting To attach this to a piece of MDF, I used a 2" hole saw for the main hole and then clamped the flange as a guide for drilling the 15/64" mounting holes. 1/4" Flat Top Stove Bolts The design features a 70mm square hole pattern, a 100mm square flange, and a 46mm inner diameter. Design I've included the FreeCAD design for your customization; you'll need to work with both standard and metric units. 54mm Outer Diameter This version fits perfectly with the adapter on my shop vac and also works with the black tab adapter from this Home Depot vacuum hose extension kit vt2520. 53mm Outer Diameter This version is compatible with the adapter that comes attached to the hose from this Home Depot vacuum hose extension kit vt2520. Print Settings Printer: CraftBot PLUS Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used the easy mode high setting in CraftWare
