UPDATE - MKII release which adds some additional strength where the hub meets the rim using a filet. Additional smoothing added everywhere, resulting in a more durable design. The beadlocks have been slightly narrowed and vented, allowing for improved performance. Two-wheel versions are now available, featuring both Solid 5 Stars and Slotted designs (as pictured). To assemble this release, you will need 48 M3x8 or M3x10 hex socket head screws, preferably made of stainless steel. An M3 tap is also required to tap the holes for these screws. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to share any print pictures you have taken of this MKII release. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer Model: FlashForge Creator Pro Raft Settings: Doesn't Matter (our design will work without a raft) Support Material: Yes Resolution: .20 mm Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: We have successfully tested printed this design in Hatchbox PLA and ABS, as shown in the provided picture. To achieve optimal results when printing the lock rings, flip them over in your slicer before starting the print.
