2.2 Beadloc Wheels for MrCrankyface's 3D printed truck
thingiverse
Standard r/c rock crawler tires now fit Beadloc wheels on MrCrankyfane's V3 printed RC truck. I have included offsets from 0 to -11 and a two-piece wheel center. Only the -2(front) and -7.5(rear) wheels have been printed so far. The -2 wheels match the inside clearance depth of the original wheels, and the -7.5 wheels line up perfectly with those on the single tire rear axle. Each wheel requires a Main Body, Outer Body, Clamp Ring, and 6 small screws (M2.5x6 or similar). Two-piece wheels need a Main Body A and B, along with slightly different outer and ring parts. Edit 1/24/17 Source files are now available: Two-piece wheels: http://a360.co/2jtfsDe Front wheels: http://a360.co/2jaauKY Rear wheels: http://a360.co/2ke5vdR Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 35% - 50% Notes: Only the single piece Main Bodies need Supports. Post-Printing: The Main Body and Outer Body fit together tightly. M2.5 screws can be used to screw down the clamp ring, but the holes are smaller and can be drilled to size. Two-piece Main Bodies must be glued or welded together.
