2.2 bead lock wheel (traxxas)

This is a custom bead lock wheel design created specifically for my Traxxas trucks. To avoid the hassle of gluing tires to wheels, I took on this challenge and built the wheel from scratch. After ensuring that all components fit together seamlessly, I'm eager to put it to the test - but first, I need to know if the hold will be strong enough. One feature I included is the ability to adjust clamping pressure by scaling up or down the center ring in the Z-axis, accommodating tires with varying bead thicknesses. A step file is also provided for easy adjustments and tweaking. I utilized 5/8" long 4-40 hardware and nuts - a total of eight pieces per wheel. Here are my print settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker; Printer: Ultimaker 2; Rafts: No; Supports: Yes; Resolution: .1; Infill: 50%. A few notes about the printing process: I always use ABS, and this particular model was printed with the stock settings for ABS in Cura. However, I made a mistake by forgetting to add supports for the lip in the one shown - in reality, they're essential for added stability. The print was done at 90C bed temperature and 255C nozzle temperature, with aqua net hairspray applied to the glass surface.
