2.1 sub remix for flexmesh

I've had trouble getting the subtitles to print reliably, so I decided to break them down into two separate pieces - the top and bottom parts. This change has resulted in a thinner product that prints consistently with 20% infill and 1mm wall thickness. I personally prefer the Sub 5 V1 version. If this modification is well-received, I plan to update the rest of the subtitles accordingly. These new subtitles also adhere better to my build plate. The more feedback I receive, the better I can refine them.
