2:1 Nylon Gear Reduction, Maintaining Belt Path

For a highly precise print, use the large 2BEIGH3 Printer with small nozzle sizes; a designed 2:1 gear reduction system using standard mounting holes maintains belt path via two idlers. The XL 3/8" .200" style belt system is employed. Print instructions specify 2-3 perimeters depending on current nozzle size, three solid surfaces, and 60%-90% fill. Inch sizes are used for holes to create a friction fit for the drive gear while allowing clearance on idlers. Belt lengths can be cut as needed, and stepper mounting flange thickness determines bolt length. Don't forget to adjust your steps/mm in software to ensure accurate print dimensions.
