I've finally completed my 200W Bluetooth 2.1 loudspeaker project after working on it for a while now. My creation is ready to roll out. Specifications: - Body: I used either 3/4" MDF or opted for 3D printing. - Face plate: The front panel is made of 3/4" chestnut wood. - Frequency response: This speaker boasts an impressive range of 35Hz - 20,000Hz. - Volume levels reach up to 100db without distorting the sound. - Tweeter: I chose two 1" Dayton Audio NHP25F-4 soft-dome high-power neodymium tweeters (https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-nhp25f-4-1-soft-dome-high-power-neodymium-tweeter-4-ohm--275-108). - Midbass: Two 4" Dayton Audio ND105-4 aluminum cone midbass neo drivers were used (https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-nd105-4-4-aluminum-cone-midbass-neo-driver-4-ohm--290-212). - Subwoofer: I selected a 6.5" Dayton Audio DCS165-4 classic subwoofer (4Ohm) (https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dcs165-4-6-1-2-classic-subwoofer-4-ohm--295-198). - Amplifier: The Dayton Audio DTA-2.1BT2 100W 2.1 Class D Bluetooth amplifier with sub frequency adjustment was chosen (https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dta-21bt2-100w-21-class-d-bluetooth-amplifier-with-sub-frequency-adjustment--300-3831). Dimensions: - Height: The speaker stands at 16.5" tall. - Width: It measures 21" wide. - Depth: Its depth is 7.25". Building this speaker requires no advanced tools like a 3D printer or CNC machine.
