Welcome to 2.0L Circular cabinet for MicroA desktop speaker cabinet for PC desk / Side table use This 2.0L cabinet uses approximately 300<400g of filament each can typically will print in under 14h if printing at 0.25mm layer height. The main cabinet is a single solid piece with no support material required.Micro simply gets glued and pushed into the front. Using a PVA based glue is a good idea as it works well and can be removed later by applying some water to the join. The back has a hexagon shaped back to fit either a Sealed, Aperiodic, or Vented back cap.The Sealed cap is the simplest but will likely result in a big bass bump.The Aperiodic cap has to parts which screw together. Within these pieces you place some tissue paper and compress it. How much will effect the bass bump, so using blu tack to experiment first is suggested for this one.The Vented back cap requires a 220uF BiPolar capacitor to be fitted in series to control the bass bump and excursion limits.The additional 2 holes are to pass your speaker wires through and glue into place.Frequency response will vary depending on the back and setup, but expected to be around 100<16,000Hz on the vented cap, and 115Hz<16,000Hz on the sealed / Aperiodic.Link to Micro - 3cm Full Range Speaker Driver:https://www.printables.com/model/233025-micro-3cm-full-range-speaker-driverIf you are looking for the more powerful version of Micro, Micro+ which uses the Fountain / Peony / Firecracker motors, please check and consider becoming a Patreon.
