Same design as my 1.625 header fabrication kit. Identical snap system. These 2.000 parts will attach directly to the 1.625 parts. Each bend block is equivalent to a 22.5-degree piece. So four pieces will give you a perfect 90-degree bend. Alignment notches are positioned every 22.5 degrees as well. Basic parts included: 3" straight 4" straight with dead-end 6"rad centerline 7" rad centerline 8" rad centerline Print Settings Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.19mm Infill: full Notes: Only the straight parts will need internal supports. All angled parts print fine on M200
