The original was engineered for 2x6 lumber, but my beds are crafted from 1x4 lumber. The corner support posts have deteriorated and I wanted to rebuild simply. With the current demand for social distancing, I deployed my 3D printer and came up with this design. The posts are engineered to stack so that you can have as many or as few as needed. I built the sides solidly so that screws can be driven through them if required.
