1x1 Magic Clock (Magnetic)

This is my 1x1 clock prototype you can print this in one color, two colors, and can choose whether or not to add magnets. Single Color: - 2* clock case (print upside down if you have good support settings, the markings are hard to get right) - 2* clock gear (maglev or no magnets version) - 2* clock top Singlecolor - 1* pin gear - 1* pin Singlecolor no magnets OR 2 pin magnetic Dual Color: - 2* clock case (print upside down if good supports) - 2* clock gear (maglev or no magnets version) - 2* clock top hand Dualcolor (special instructions below) - 2* Clock top Dualcolor (special instructions below) - 2* pin (Dualcolor no magnets or magnetic version) - 1* pin gear To make the Clock top follow this tutorial: https://youtu.be/D7FiT5VqLSg Print the clock top hand first (in one color) then print the clock top on top (other color) repeat and switch colors If this is too complex, just print 2* clock top singlecolor and color the clock top with a marker or something To assemble (no magnets): - use some filament to align clock top and clock gear and glue them together - glue the two pins together (if using two color) - sand and clean the clock gears and clock cases until the clock gears can fit well and spin freely - lube gears (where they contact the case, silicone based lube) - put spring between gears and glue case together (align the two case halves as perfectly as possible) - put pin gear into case and push pin through (sand things if necessary to fit) - center pin and glue in place - color in the clock markings with paint or sharpie To add magnets: you need 5 6x3 mm magnets and 9/16 flat washers (anything with about 1/4 inside diameter, bring your 3d print to the store if you need to check) - sandwich 3 magnets between the two pin halves and glue together - add a magnet to each gear (so that they push each other apart)
