Currently sized at 9.6mm wide on the flat to flat inner dimension.I printed this at a very tight fit in PLA+ to be a permanent addition to my wrench handle. Given I was down to the last few wraps on the spool of filament, I printed it at a single wall at 10% gyroid for a 4g print. 0.28 layers and inner+outer brim for stability in vertical print orientation.If you're concerned about fit, I'd print only 2-3 mm of the print and stop there. Use the partial print as a calibration piece and size up (or down) accordingly.
