Combined the cover plate and Pi 4 mount using a unique adhesive solution. The parts can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3022136 I secured them together with JB Weld's PlasticWeld, but if I were to reprint these components, I would opt for a screw-based assembly method instead.
