1U Rackmount Utility Panel
thingiverse
This panel is a compact 1U rackmount unit that can be easily manufactured using 3D printing techniques in three separate sections. Panel one is specifically designed to accommodate an OrangePi One device for use with the Pi-Hole system. This panel also features an RJ45 keystone slot, allowing users to mount it on the front and maintain a tidy setup, along with a frame to support a small OLED display. The central panel securely fastens the left and right halves together through tension, providing a sturdy hold. Panel two is designed to house an Arduino Nano, which will be utilized to monitor server equipment temperatures using DS18B20 sensors and/or BME280s (the final decision has yet to be made). This panel also includes a frame for a small OLED display. The initial print attempt was successful, but some minor adjustments could still be beneficial. -- UPDATE 16 Feb 2020 -- The OLED slots have been tweaked for a better fit. An Arduino cover has been added, and the tension joints have been adjusted.
