Cubesat's original design is commendable due to several aspects: ample internal space for accommodating diverse electronic components despite thin walls; the lateral sides being one-piece construction resulting in just three main parts; and ease of component assembly by removing the top cover. Consequently, I chose to develop my design based on this framework while minimizing mass through innovative designs that don't compromise structural integrity or balance. Additionally, incorporating Stratasys and Cubesat logos adds a modern, visually appealing touch. To ensure quality production, I propose utilizing Direct Metal Laser Sintering with aluminum for its properties and capability of complex geometries, or Selective Laser Sintering with Nylon 12 Derivative, a material widely used in the aerospace industry.
