Here's our take on the Igloo IceCube Mini Cooler. We're impressed by its innovative design, featuring a flip-up lid that provides ample storage space below. To ensure a smooth printing experience, we recommend setting your printer to a .100 layer height or better. This will allow for a seamless integration of the built-in hinge system. A small gap of approximately .2 exists between the lid hinges and channel inside. However, this can be easily addressed by rotating the handle back and forth after inserting it into the cooler's sides. This will secure the tension fit. We've successfully printed the top of the Igloo IceCube Mini Cooler using our Wanhao D6 and Ultimaker 2+ printers without any supports. However, if you're struggling with bridging and require supports, be aware that the lid might not open properly. To achieve a successful print, your printer needs to be carefully calibrated for this particular job due to its small tolerances.
