A bulldozer-inspired design will be utilized to sift through soil, extracting rocks of the desired size (regolith). This solution surpasses a robotic arm as it is more efficient and can carry a larger load at once. Specifically developed for our purpose, the system employs a rotating drum collector that requires only 2-4 passes in the soil. The motor will pick up regolith and sort it before transferring the materials to the drum. For optimal performance, we'll use Maxon motors, which provide high-quality, versatile specifications.
