Reverse-engineered and modified file for the 1st Generation 3000gt "Snake Eye" headlight lens The existing metal bracket must be screwed into this unit in the exact location as the old one. The hole on the opposite side of the bracket for the screw-in, press-in lug must be adapted over as well. In order to swap in the press-in lig: Press the lug into the mating spot on the car's frame, fill the hole in the lens halfway with a strong epoxy, such as J-B Weld, and then snape the lens as a unit into the car. The part should smoosh down onto the lug's exposed threads. This technique allows the lug to adhere to the lens in the exact right spot to keep the lens from appearing too far out of alignment.
