To mount a 1lb quick change spindle with a 608 bearing, I used a part from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13395) minus the hook. Additionally, a custom joiner was printed to connect the two parts. The tightness of fit and machine clearances dictate the design of the joiner.
