The blow mold assembly creates an antique-style bottle with a side handle, crafted from HDPE material. Adapting this vintage tooling to our machinery necessitates reorganizing the mould's cooling channels towards the water-manifold plate and attaching it using a quick coupling at the bottom of the mold. Additionally, shaped arms are placed to hold the bottle post-blowing and transport it to the deflashing station. The deflashing tool is positioned on the right side, tailored according to our machine's specifications.
