My girlfriend is a huge Star Wars fan and has piercings, so I created these custom plugs for her. I designed them in ABS plastic and used acetone to smooth out the area where they go in the ear and connect the two parts together seamlessly. The result was fantastic - it worked perfectly! Currently, the size is one inch or 24mm, but I'm working on making adjustments so that they can fit different sizes.
