For holding a neopixel PCB inside 1" SCH40 PVC saber chassis/hilt. Taller than normal so it doesn't flip when inside PVC pipe. I used a 8/32 x1/8" set screw threaded into the PVC pipe to hold this in place. The slot in the center is so that the PCB can be removed without removing the adapter.
