Table Tensioner for Modular Mounting System. This part is designed to be used alongside the SchmidtN Modular Table Vice, sharing similar features like part offset and spacing options. The Tensioner enables users to adjust its tightness after installation. With this design, a high holding force can be achieved without requiring extra clamps or fasteners. The Tensioner fits onto a 1x1 inch grid of #6 holes, using a 3/4 inch #10 screw and nut combination for securing the slide component. The Instructions section guides users in assembling the parts. Instructions. First, print one Vice and optionally one Slide unit. The Vise will function as intended without the optional Slide unit. In addition to the printed units, users need two #6 screws for mounting the Vice, along with a single 3/4 inch #10 screw and nut combo for securing the Slide unit. I chose ABS material due to its flexibility, though PLA may also be suitable, albeit less durable in overall terms. Print settings include 0.2mm Layer Height; employing a high infill setting enhances strength.
