I'm not sure why I need to scale my design by a factor of ten. I made my measurements in millimeters using Autodesk Inventor, but when I import the item into my slicer, it's telling me to scale up by 10. Your results may vary. A standard PC power switch measures 19mm, and the one I used came from a Silverstone case and is only 8x8mm. The light shines through nicely and brightly. However, the tolerances are quite tight, so I had to file my part slightly. You might find it helpful to print the socket 3-5% larger. Make sure you print the socket with the square hole facing down; otherwise, there will be a significant bridge. Infill shouldn't make much of a difference, but I would recommend using the same or lower layer height, as it may impact the thin layer that light shines through. Here are my print settings: Printer: Tronxy Prusa Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25mm Infill: 20%
