19mm Alu Square Tubing Threaded Rod Z Axis Motor Mount for the Smartrap Core

Mount the Z motor to 19mm alu square tubing using this design for people working with 19mm or 3/4" aluminum square tubing to create their Smartrap Core. This is a variant of Djinn's Heavy Duty Threaded Z part. To start, print out this component, then go ahead and print the top idler and Z sled. As you determine your calculated rod value for the build height selected, apply it here. Mounting requires drilling two counterbored holes using M4x60 bolts. M4 washers can be beneficial when available. For precise installation, use this part as a template to mark your drill positions on the alu square tubing before making those marks with an 1/8 drill bit and then tapping them with precision. Editing Install Instructions: Upon installing these parts, some changes were necessary for improved effectiveness. First, once aligned properly, you should use the provided component to create two small holes within it that will line up perfectly over where the aluminum tube should have been drilled earlier; subsequently drill through using an 1/8 bit and follow tapping as usual but instead of a sixty one use M4x50 for more fitting alignment which has been proven successful since installation so now is ideal to post further assembly pictures which are going up on website
