1999 Hyundai Accent Visor Clip Replacement / Upgrade

Unfortunately, I broke both visor clips a long time ago and tossed the broken parts in the trash before I got my hands on a 3D printer. I had fabricated new clips with JB Weld and bent hangers to hold them together, but they were pretty ugly looking. I was super excited to remake these in 3D so that I could print them out myself. Unfortunately, without the broken pieces, I had to guess and re-engineer the bottom parts of the clips from scratch. Since I had to do it anyway, I figured I would make it better than the original design. The post has been shortened and the radius increased for a stronger hold. The back was also strengthened slightly. I hope you're pleased with this new design. A lot of time and PLA filament went into designing this thing from scratch. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Maker Select v2.1 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: Solid Notes: I rotated this model in the X axis by 30 degrees since that's the best way to print it and it adds extra strength by doing so. To undo the rotation, just rotate it -30 degrees in the X axis instead. Print these with supports for the best results. Post-Printing: Some cleanup will be necessary on the back of this design after printing is complete.
