1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hood stop

I have a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that was missing or had some broken parts underneath the hood.\r\n\r\nOne of these parts was what I call a hood stop, located on either side of the front, which holds the hood at the right level when it is latched. One of these had broken off and was missing, so I decided to make a new one based on precise measurements of the original.\r\n\r\nThis new part works perfectly, although it's a bit tight getting started; once in place, however, it goes fine. The threads could potentially be made slightly thinner, but as is, it worked just fine. If anyone wants to edit this design, I will include a STP file for their reference.\r\n\r\nI printed this part top side down on an Ultimaker S5 with soluble support and used ABS due to concerns about the low glass temperature of PLA. Anyone should be able to print it using breakaway supports as well; my settings included 3 shells and 20% fill.\r\n\r\nCaution: Ultimately, you should make your own decisions regarding this part's use under your vehicle hood.
