1992 Ford Ranger Door Handle

Driver's inside door handle housing and handle broke off, or was already broken when gifted this truck. Here's my fix! First draft was just a placeholder to see if overall size was good - good enough for me! Adjusted height of layers since there was a gap between each layer but still held up. Dropped each layer 1 mm on next rendition and rounded many pieces better. Cut outs for cable and cable stop screw hole aren't perfect. Instead of going back to the drawing board, pulled out drill and angle grinder. Also had to sand handle pivot end to slide around easy. Handle pops out at times but if mindful with pulling handle and pushing it back in - no worries. Otherwise, feel free to modify and fix my design! All in all, it works and it's strong! Print Settings: Printer: CTC Dual Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: 35% Notes: Went heavy on infill because wanted strength in this piece - worked great!
